Each session offers a gentle mix of sensory experiences, including movement, tactile materials, visual discovery, and imaginative play. I pay attention to each child's responses and adapt the environment so exploration feels comfortable and engaging.
Children can choose how they participate, whether they need active movement, quiet discovery, or time to observe before joining in. Caregivers receive a welcoming experience where they can stay close, notice what supports their child, and enjoy meaningful play without pressure.

Arrive And Settle: Begin in the welcoming play space and allow your child time to feel comfortable.

About
I’m Barbara Rocha, an autism mom and the founder of GiftedLilOnes Play & Sensory Center.
My son was my inspiration, but GiftedLilOnes was created for yours, too.
My journey began simply as a mom wanting more for her child. I wanted a place where my son could walk through the doors and just be himself—where his differences were understood, his needs were considered, and he could experience childhood in a way that felt comfortable for him.
That vision became GiftedLilOnes.
Every part of our center has been created with purpose and with neurodivergent children in mind—from opportunities for play and connection to spaces where children can slow down, regulate, and reset when the world feels like too much.
But this is about more than my son. It’s about all of our children. The ones who experience the world differently. The ones who deserve places that see their strengths, understand their needs, and remind them that they belong.
Being an autism mom gave me the inspiration. Our children gave me a bigger purpose.
